Any child registered for courses must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in order to attend classes. Attending adults must attend with a child. Adults cannot register without an attending child.
Per Child – When enrolling for this course, you will register each child using the child’s name*. The parent/guardian can attend without registration.
Per Project/Kit – When enrolling for this choice, you will register one child to complete one project or kit, which can include the adult assisting in the completion of the project/kit. If you prefer to make individual projects/kits, you will need to register both the child and adult separately. Additionally, if you have more than one child and wish for each child to complete their own project/kit, each child must be registered separately.
Per Person – Each child* and adult must register separately. (Adults cannot register without an attending child.)

See how big pieces come together to create amazing emergency vehicles like ladder trucks, fire engines, and airport rescue trucks. Learn how talented builders, engineers, and designers use cool tools and high-tech machines to make sure every truck is strong, safe, and ready to help people. With nearly 1,000 team members working together, it’s like a giant teamwork project happening every day. This tour is perfect for kids who love fire trucks, want to know how things are made, or are curious about how heroes get the vehicles they need to save the day.
Note: Participants will be providing their own transportation to E-One for the class.
Start Time: The tour will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Please plan to arrive early for check in and parking.
Dress Code:Closed-toe shoes are required. Anyone wearing open-toed shoes will be denied entry.

Welcome to a delicious adventure in the kitchen! In this fun, hands-on cooking class, young chefs will learn how to create fluffy, tasty plant-based pancakes completely from scratch using real, wholesome ingredients. Kids will practice measuring, mixing, and flipping while learning simple cooking skills and kitchen safety in a supportive, kid-friendly environment. Once their pancakes are cooked to golden perfection, students will explore our Topping Creation Station, where they can customize their stack with a rainbow of kid-approved toppings like fresh berries, banana slices, dairy-free whip cream, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, and more. Join Debbie Garcia‑Bengochea, Education Director of Gentle Carousel Miniature Therapy Horses, for an inspiring look at one of the nation’s most unique therapy programs. Gentle Carousel is a nonprofit organization that trains miniature horses to provide comfort, encouragement, and therapy to children and adults in hospitals, schools, hospice care, and communities affected by trauma. These gentle, highly social horses visit patients, students, and community members to bring joy, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing. This course will teach students how airplanes fly, along with revealing some of the diverse types of aircraft flying in our skies today. They will learn the parts of an airplane, how planes take off and land, the cockpit, and the science of flight. The students will have an opportunity to fly an R/C flight simulator, and every student gets a 17.5” glider airplane they can put together during class and take home to fly.

Maybe you remember Cub Scout events of building and racing your pinewood car. Maybe you don't know what a pinewood car or race is. Either way, come join the fun. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, young chefs will learn how to create fluffy, tasty plant-based pancakes completely from scratch using real, wholesome ingredients. Kids will practice measuring, mixing, and flipping while learning simple cooking skills and kitchen safety in a supportive, kid-friendly environment. Once their pancakes are cooked to golden perfection, students will explore our Topping Creation Station, where they can customize their stack with a rainbow of kid-approved toppings like fresh berries, banana slices, dairy-free whip cream, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, and more. This class encourages creativity, confidence, and an appreciation for healthy, plant-based eating without sacrificing fun or flavor. Each child will leave with new skills, happy taste buds, and a recipe they can proudly recreate at home. (MTP cannot guarantee food allergy prevention. Join Tina Carchia to learn the process of painting in layers on plexi-glass using acrylic paints. With step-by-step instructions, you will have fun painting either a silhouetted "Dolphin" or "Dragon" against a very colorful background. You may choose to paint one painting together, or each paint your own work of art. We suggest you wear play clothes. All supplies included for this class!

This course will teach students how airplanes fly, along with revealing some of the diverse types of aircraft flying in our skies today. They will learn the parts of an airplane, how planes take off and land, the cockpit, and the science of flight. The students will have an opportunity to fly an R/C flight simulator, and every student gets a 17.5” glider airplane they can put together during class and take home to fly. 
We will be exploring fun and easy snacks for children of all ages. We will be designing spiders, caterpillars, owls, cat in the hat and banana sushi using fresh ingredients and different toppings creating fun and crazy snacks.
