A Synergy of Practice with Maureen McCabe
Join us in the serene Zen garden at Shalom Park for A Synergy of Practice—a peaceful and enriching experience designed to guide participants through the harmonious integration of meditation, deep breathing, and gentle yoga movements.
This special LEAF session will begin with a short, insightful lecture exploring the individual and combined benefits of these three disciplines. Participants will receive a handout outlining the unique contributions each practice brings to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Following the discussion, we’ll move into a guided experience that weaves together calming breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation. These practices work together to quiet the mind, nourish the body, and center the spirit—offering a sense of clarity, calm, and renewal.
Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, this session offers a grounding opportunity to explore how meditation, yoga, and deep breathing can transform your well-being when practiced in unison.
