Mezzo-soprano Emily Heumann has performed with dozens of companies including St. Petersburg Opera Company, First Coast Opera, Opera Orlando, The Villages Philarharmonic Orchestra, Rec Room Arts, The Savannah VOICE Festival, Operativo Hourson, and The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. Birdwatching or birding has become a popular recreational activity.  Sholom Park is home to several bird species, from hawks to swallow-tailed kites, red-bellied woodpeckers, and even the occasional bald eagle.  All you have to do is look up to discover that love is in the air and birds are everywhere.    Bird expert, Norm Lantz, completed courses in birding biology at Cornell Lab of Ornithology and has taught birding classes and seminars for the last 30 years.  Join him for a special birding presentation that ends with a birdwatching walk and experience the birds of Sholom Park.

Kellyann Binkowski aka Lady Ann, is a musician, Reiki practitioner, meditation, and mindfulness facilitator. Her educational background includes a B.A. with a concentration in Music Therapy. As a Reiki practitioner, she recognizes the healing energy of sound, music, and vibration. Learn how music and vibration can help you reach a state of mindfulness for health and wellness with flute meditation, Charka toning and balancing, and mantra. She will also introduce the sounds of Kirtan music. Described as medicine for the soul, Kirtan is based on ancient chants and can help quiet the mind.
