Mark Smythe, performing as Gypsy Sparrow, delivers the most recognizable classics from across the decades in a dynamic live show. Experience areas of Sholom Park that were not covered at your first Walk and Talk. Explore the Enchanted Forest, Fragrance Trail, Food Forest, and a behind the scenes look at how the park is operated with Managing Director, Robert Colen and Park Manager, Brian DeVane in Part Two of Sholom Park's Walk and Talk. Registered students will meet at the pavilion near the restrooms.
T'ai Chi Chih is an easier form of T'ai Chi to learn. Regular practice of the gentle movements results in a state of well-being from the inside-out and far-reaching benefits. Participants will learn fundamentals of how to move, 7 to 9 of the movements and experience a T'ai Chi Chih practice with the instructor.
