This course builds upon the knowledge acquired from Beginning Piano 101A. The student will learn how to read a more expanded palette of notes, build on their music theory knowledge and learn to play additional songs. Keyboards and lesson books will be provided with a materials fee. Students are required to complete Beginning Piano 101A before signing up for 101B. Class size is limited to eight students..

This course continues to build upon the skills acquired from Beginning Piano 101B. The student will learn how to play more difficult songs, understand intervals, scales and key signatures. Keyboards will be provided, and students are required to bring the lesson books purchased for the Beginning Piano 101B course. Students are required to complete Beginning Piano 101A and 101B before signing up for 101C. Class size is limited to eight students.

This course expands the student's knowledge on reading music, adding more complex rhythms to their song repertoire. Music theory, including intervals, key signatures, dynamics and music terminology are reinforced throughout the course.

Keyboards and lesson books will be provided. Students are required to complete Beginning Piano 101A, 101B and 101C before signing up for Piano 102A. This course expands upon the knowledge acquired in Piano 102A. Students will learn to play the melody in the right hand, while chording in the left. They will also be introduced to chords, chord progressions and additional scales.

Keyboards will be provided, and students are required to bring the books purchased for the Piano 102A course. Students are required to complete Piano 102A before signing up for Piano 102B. Class size is limited to eight students.

This course finishes up Level 5 started in the previous course Piano 105A. Students are required to complete Piano 105A before signing up for Piano 105B. Keyboards will be provided, and students are required to bring the lesson books purchased for the Piano 105A course. Class size is limited.

This six session, 12 hour course covers the evolution of Rock N Roll during the late 1950s into the early 1960s.  This is the period when Rock n Roll took over the Pop charts and morphed from the raw sound of Elvis, Little Richard, Fats Domino, and Jerry Lee Lewis into a more polished and commercial music that may better be called "Pop Rock."  Combining video, audiio, and lecture, the course will review six major trends that showed up in the top 20 of the Billboard Charts duing that era. While it would be useful to have completed the first course (The Evolution of Rock n Roll), it is not necessary.

This course is for an individual with little or no music training.  It's organized around the steps of writing a song.  Participants will create a song lyric and music. Basic software (free) will be used to create the music, so an instrument is not necessary.  If they desire, they will also be able to record their song.

The fun returns when we go back in time to the unforgettable Doo wop music of 50's and early 60's! Great groups of that era will be featured in this showcase of music entertainment that will have you dancing in your seat. Come join us as you experience Trivia, Sing along tunes, name that tune, Girl groups, Door prizes and much much more. We will also feature Otow's own "Can't stop Doo Wop" group. Please come Dressed in your best 50's attire as we will have a contest for the best dressed single, and couple. Cant' wait to see you all this November!

Vibrational Medicine is an ancient therapeutic practice, 'bathing' the listener in sound waves and vibrations produced by various instruments. Gong Flow, Rhythm Harps, Healing Drums, Tibetan Bowls, Vocals and various acoustics. The program will conclude with a group planetary meditation.
