In this hands-on 2-3 hour workshop, choose from a variety of laser-cut wooden frames (6", 12") and fill the open spaces with crushed glass, resin, mica pigments and embellishments to create a light-catching faux stained glass panel or sun catcher.
Whether you pick a delicate floral, whimsical animal, seasonal motif, or a geometric modern panel, the laser-cut frames provide the crisp, professional outlines so you can focus on color, texture and design. No drawing or glasswork needed. Participants will take home a finished faux stained glass panel or suncatcher ready to hang in a sunny window (or a mostly finished piece that needs resin curing at home if timing requires.
What's Included:
Choice of laser-cut frame (multiple designs and sizes available: 6" & 12")
Assortment of crushed glass, glass nuggets, shells, and mix-ins (glitter, mica powders, etc.)
Art-grade epoxy resin and resin supplies (mixing cups, stir sticks, heat gun/torch for bubbles)
Acrylic paints or stains to finish/paint the frame if desired
