Belgium produces a vast variety of beers and ales dating back centuries. In this short course we'll explore some of the background and history of Belgian brewing, and sample a few of the amazingly complex beers and ales crafted in this small (but mighty) country.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
