In this class, participants will explore the intimate connection between mind, body, and breath. Learn how conscious breathing can influence thoughts, calm the nervous system, and restore balance throughout the body. Students who are already familiar with the foundational principles and the first 10 movements are ready to deepen their T’ai Chi Chih practice in this Level II class. Participants will learn the final 9 movements, completing the full 19-movement form, while exploring the richer meditative and energetic aspects of T’ai Chi Chih. Class time will include thoughtful review and refinement of previously learned movements.
 

Prerequisite: T’ai Chi Chih Beginner Class, Level I.
