Taking a Deep Breath: Pranayama Breathing Exercises and Guided Meditation

Breath is more than just a vital function. It is the bridge between mind and body. From the first breath we take at birth to the last we take in life, we inhale and exhale nearly half a billion times. Yet, how we breathe often goes unnoticed, even though it profoundly shapes our mental and physical well-being.

In this class, participants will explore the intimate connection between mind, body, and breath. Learn how conscious breathing can influence thoughts, calm the nervous system, and restore balance throughout the body. Through guided practice, develop tools to harness the power of breath for relaxation, focus, and overall wellness.
