In this hands-on class, students learn the basics of reflexology, including the zones of the hands and feet, the body regions they correspond to, and techniques for self-care.

Participants should be able to lean forward toward their feet or sit upright and bring an ankle to the thigh.

This hands-on, interactive class teaches couples the art of massage while strengthening their connection. Participants learn step-by-step techniques- from applying oils and warming muscles to relieving tension and mastering deep tissue methods. The routine is broken down into easy-to-follow steps, so everyone leaves feeling confident and ready to give a soothing, professional-quality massage.
